Aerospace Logistics Agent – Customer Service & Operations

About the role

Freightserve is seeking an Aerospace Logistics Agent to join its Heathrow team. You will act as the primary point of contact for air freight customers, ensuring smooth shipment handling and high‑level service throughout the logistics process.

Key responsibilities

• Provide top‑tier customer service, answering client queries and updating them on flight or customs delays.
• Process job orders, including routing, service classification, and deadline setting.
• Submit proof of delivery documents to clients promptly.
• Resolve any issues that arise during shipment handling.
• Promote the full portfolio of Freightserve services to existing and new clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and service partners.
• Communicate shipment progress to partners and keep internal systems up‑to‑date.
• Follow new departmental procedures and system updates.

Required profile

• Previous experience in the aerospace or air‑freight sector is preferred.
• Strong background in customer service within air logistics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work Monday‑Friday, 12:00‑21:00.
