About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic, detail‑driven sales specialist to join our luxury travel brand. You will be responsible for selling bespoke journeys across Africa and the Indian Ocean, working with discerning clients who expect exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Create tailor‑made luxury itineraries that showcase the best of Kenya, Botswana, South Africa and Namibia.
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with high‑end clients and elite suppliers.
• Convert enquiries into loyal, repeat customers through attentive follow‑up.
• Act as a calm, clever problem‑solver when travel plans change.

Required profile

• Passion for luxury travel and a strong interest in African destinations.
• Proven experience selling travel packages in Kenya, Botswana, South Africa or Namibia.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a values‑driven team.
