After School Club Assistant – Term‑time role

About the role
Lift Trinity is seeking a caring and enthusiastic After School Club Assistant to deliver a safe, fun and educational environment for pupils during term‑time. This part‑time position supports children’s development and wellbeing after the school day.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, prepare and deliver engaging activities that meet children’s developmental needs.
- Create a welcoming, stimulating space for play, learning and creative expression.
- Promote social, emotional, physical and creative growth through structured and free‑play sessions.
- Register pupils, record attendance and follow safeguarding procedures.
- Prepare and distribute healthy snacks while encouraging good hygiene.
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe environment before, during and after each session.
- Collaborate with the School Operations Manager on planning and day‑to‑day running of the club.

Required skills
What we offer
- Salary £9,934 – £10,076 per annum (visible).

- 15 hours per week, term‑time only.
