After‑Sales Assistant – Plumbing Technical Support

About the role

This position is for an After‑Sales Assistant who will be the primary point of contact for customers after product installation and delivery. The role blends technical plumbing knowledge with strong customer‑service skills to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main contact for post‑delivery customer enquiries, complaints and service requests via phone and email.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical or software‑related product issues, providing remote technical assistance.
• Advise customers on product operation, maintenance and best practices.
• Coordinate spare‑parts delivery and service activities with warehouse and internal teams.
• Record service orders in the ERP system and produce performance reports.
• Identify recurring issues and support continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in after‑sales, service engineering or technical support.
• Previous experience in a customer‑facing technical environment, preferably within plumbing or related trades.
• Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
