Agency Chef – Flexible Match Day Work

About the role

Join a busy hospitality team in Newcastle Upon Tyne as an Agency Chef, working flexible match‑day shifts and a variety of kitchen environments throughout the season. This part‑time, temporary role offers weekly pay and the chance to gain experience across pubs, restaurants, hotels and premium suites.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in hospitality boxes and premium suites during match days.
• Prepare and serve food to high standards in both standard and fine‑dining kitchens.
• Maintain excellent food hygiene and health & safety practices.
• Support kitchen teams during busy service periods.
• Deliver a professional, reliable service at all times.

Required profile

• Previous experience in any kitchen environment (pub, restaurant, hotel or fine dining).
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to thrive in fast‑paced kitchen settings.
• Willingness to commit to as many match days as possible throughout the season.

Required skills

• Food safety knowledge.
