About the role
This position supports the expanding Agency Loans/Fund Finance middle‑office team of a major international bank in London. The role focuses on ESG covenant tracking, security trustee duties, and collateral monitoring while providing first‑line escalation support to loan agency analysts.
Key responsibilities
- Track and report on financial ESG covenants.
- Manage security trustee responsibilities and collateral monitoring.
- Oversee end‑to‑end processing of amendments and waivers.
- Support loan agency analysts with daily tasks and act as the primary escalation point.
Required profile
- Minimum of 3 years proven experience in Agency Loans operations and documentation within the financial sector.
- Strong understanding of loan agency processes and fund finance.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced middle‑office environment.
