Agent Development - Strategist

About the role

As an Agent Development Strategist you will partner with Agent Product Managers and Engineers to design, build and launch AI agents that handle thousands of customer conversations each day. You will act as a trusted advisor to customers, shaping their AI strategy while delivering high‑quality conversational agents.

Key responsibilities

• Scope, develop and ship AI agents across the full product lifecycle.
• Coordinate technical and non‑technical stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment.
• Drive execution of multiple high‑visibility projects simultaneously.
• Provide data‑driven strategic insights to customers and internal teams.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as their AI strategy partner.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for translating complex technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Proven leadership experience managing multiple projects and inspiring cross‑functional teams.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or equivalent experience; MBA or similar experience is a plus.
