Agent Strategy Manager – German Speaking

About the role

As a member of Decagon’s Agent Strategy team you will partner closely with customers to guide deployments, support adoption and ensure they have the tools and insight they need to achieve meaningful outcomes. This fully on‑site role in London requires professional fluency in English and German.

Key responsibilities

• Play a key role in shaping the Agent Strategy function and establishing its operating model at Decagon.
• Build meaningful, long‑lasting partnerships with enterprise customers and act as their strategic advisor.
• Co‑pilot customers throughout the deployment journey, from project scoping to full adoption and value realization.
• Continuously upskill on product features, AI industry trends and best practices.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, from individual contributors to C‑level executives.
• Identify and support new projects and initiatives that benefit both the team and customers.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to surface technical improvement opportunities and influence the roadmap.

Required profile

• 4+ years of customer‑facing experience in a technical B2B SaaS role (e.g., Technical Account Manager).
• Native or business‑level fluency in written and spoken English and German.
• Proven experience managing large customers and driving high‑visibility projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to simplify complex concepts for non‑technical audiences.
• Strong interpersonal, persuasion and teamwork abilities.
• Business understanding of GTM sales teams and processes.
• Strong technical acumen and passion for the agent‑building process (coding not required).
