Agentic & Automation Solutions Manager

About the role

Premier Foods is seeking an Agentic & Automation Solutions Manager to drive its AI‑enabled automation agenda. Working closely with the Head of Insight & Automation, you will shape strategy, prioritize high‑value use cases and deliver end‑to‑end solutions across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Head of Insight & Automation in defining a multi‑year agentic AI and automation roadmap.
• Maintain a pipeline of use cases, evaluating value, feasibility, risk and complexity.
• Lead solution design, producing high‑level and detailed documentation for automation and agentic AI initiatives.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, supportable and comply with AI governance policies.
• Develop and mentor the Agentic AI and Automation team, fostering engineering discipline and knowledge sharing.
• Manage third‑party relationships, delivery timelines and adherence to Premier development standards.
• Oversee capital spend forecasting, total cost of ownership and financial tracking.
• Communicate roadmap progress, risks and value delivery to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading automation or AI projects in a complex, multi‑functional environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, able to influence senior leaders.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs and implementation plans.
