Agile Coach – Enterprise Transformation

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach to drive enterprise‑wide Agile maturity within a large‑scale technology organisation. This role goes beyond traditional coaching, focusing on embedding consistent ways of working, shaping the target operating model, and aligning internal teams and delivery partners.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Agile adoption across multiple technology functions and delivery partners.
• Coach and influence teams, senior leadership and third‑party partners to embed Agile best practices.
• Shape and implement a target operating model that ensures consistency across delivery.
• Champion Agile transformation at both strategic and operational levels.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders from Tech Leads to CIO level.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Enterprise Agile Coach in a large, complex organisation.
• Strong track record of driving Agile transformation across multiple teams and business functions.
• Hands‑on experience with SAFe 6 and Kanban.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead organisational change.
• Capability to coach at scale, embedding lasting behavioural and cultural change.
• Technical background or solid understanding of the software delivery lifecycle is advantageous.
