About the role
A leading central government organisation is seeking a highly competent Agile Delivery Manager for an initial six‑month contract. The role is remote, inside IR35 and offers up to £650 per day. The manager will be accountable for team performance and the delivery of products and services, with occasional on‑site visits.
Key responsibilities
- Work with cross‑functional teams to deliver outcomes.
- Build and maintain motivated, collaborative teams.
- Identify obstacles and help the team overcome them.
- Focus the team on priority delivery of products and services.
- Encourage and facilitate continuous improvement of the delivery team.
- Coach and mentor team members on appropriate agile and lean tools and techniques.
Required profile
- Senior Agile Delivery Manager with proven accountability for team performance.
- Security Clearance: SC (Security Check).
