Agricultural Content Specialist (Postgraduate)

About the role

This full‑time position blends hands‑on farm visits with creative content production. You will travel across the UK to capture and showcase premium dairy and beef genetics, working closely with genetics, sales and marketing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Travel to farms to photograph and film high‑quality images and videos of dairy and beef cattle.
• Identify animals that meet genetic and phenotypic standards for marketing use.
• Collaborate with Genetics and Commercial teams to highlight priority sires and breeding programmes.
• Produce content for catalogues, digital channels, social media, websites and campaigns.
• Capture material at industry events, farm open days and conferences.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers and internal stakeholders.
• Support the wider marketing team with storytelling and campaign assets.
• Ensure brand consistency and high visual standards across all outputs.

Required profile

• Graduate or recent graduate in agriculture, marketing, animal science or a related field.
• Genuine passion for livestock, especially cows.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the UK and attend events.
• Full UK driving licence.

Required skills

• Basic photography and editing skills (DSLR or mobile content creation).
