AI Adoption Assistant – 8‑Month Fixed‑Term Contract

About the role

The Law Society is seeking an AI Adoption Assistant to lead the practical rollout of Microsoft 365 Copilot Premium across the organisation. Working for eight months on a fixed‑term basis, you will partner with business units to translate AI capabilities into everyday workflows, fostering sustained, value‑driven use of the technology.

Key responsibilities

• Coach individuals and teams on how to integrate M365 Copilot into their daily tasks.
• Facilitate workshops and one‑to‑one sessions to identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop and deliver use‑case examples that align AI features with business outcomes.
• Monitor adoption progress, capture insights, and recommend refinements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to build trust and influence change.

Required profile

• Proven experience facilitating engagement with leaders, managers and teams.
• Strong relationship‑building and influencing skills.
• Ability to challenge and guide stakeholders toward better ways of working.
• Coaching mindset with a focus on capability development.
