AI Automation Coach / Trainer (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking an AI Automation Coach / Trainer to deliver virtual training and coaching to apprentices enrolled in AI Automation programmes. You will help learners build practical AI‑powered automation skills and confidence to improve business processes.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging virtual training sessions on AI Automation, workflow automation and digital transformation.
• Facilitate hands‑on workshops that demonstrate AI‑powered workflows, process optimisation and automation tools.
• Guide learners to identify automation opportunities and apply solutions in real‑world contexts.
• Develop learner capability in workflow design, process improvement and AI‑assisted business transformation.
• Provide structured feedback on learner progress and portfolio work.
• Offer 1:1 developmental support to reinforce learning and build confidence.
• Use industry examples to contextualise training and inspire apprentices toward specialist AI and automation roles.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience in AI automation, workflow automation, process improvement or digital transformation.
• Practical experience with AI and automation platforms such as Power Automate, Copilot Studio, ChatGPT, Gemini or equivalents.
• Working knowledge of no‑code/low‑code automation technologies.
• Experience creating AI agents, assistants or AI‑powered automation workflows in business environments.
• Previous experience in training, teaching, tutoring or coaching (trainer, instructor, lecturer, mentor).
