AI & Automation Operations Analyst

About the role

Infinitesima is building AI‑powered automation across its Operations function and needs a specialist to create the data structures, standards and processes that enable reliable AI extraction and distribution. As an AI & Automation Operations Analyst you will work across Field Service, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Customer Support to bring order to operational data and validate AI‑driven workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement standard folder structures, naming conventions and document‑management practices for all operational teams.
• Lead data‑consistency initiatives that support accurate AI extraction and automation.
• Run AI extraction pilots, verify outputs and identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to adopt new operational standards.
• Coordinate manual review and approval processes to ensure data accuracy before distribution.
• Identify, prioritize and measure new automation opportunities across workflows.
• Escalate complex technical requirements to development teams as new capabilities emerge.

Required profile

• Experience in an Operations, Process Improvement, Business Systems or Analyst role.
• Strong organisational ability to create and maintain structured processes and documentation.
• Understanding of operational processes in manufacturing, engineering or technical environments.
• Excellent analytical attention to detail and stakeholder communication skills.

Required skills

• Microsoft 365
• SharePoint
• Jira or similar workflow management tools
• Working knowledge of AI, automation tools or intelligent workflows
• Familiarity with no‑code automation platforms
