AI Business Analyst – Hybrid (Southampton)

About the role
We are seeking an experienced AI Business Analyst to join a leading legal organisation in Southampton. The role will support AI, automation, analytics and digital transformation initiatives, working in a hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and shape AI, automation, analytics and generative AI use cases.
- Gather and translate business needs into clear functional and non‑functional requirements.
- Lead stakeholder workshops, interviews and data discovery sessions.
- Support the design, testing, validation and implementation of AI solutions.
- Assess data readiness, quality, governance and associated AI risks.
- Support UAT, change impact assessments, adoption and AI governance.
Required profile
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or equivalent.
- Previous experience working within a legal environment.
- Experience delivering technology, business change, AI, data, analytics, automation or digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong communication, analytical and stakeholder management skills.
- BCS Business Analysis or equivalent qualification is desirable.
