AI Deployment Strategist

About the role

We are seeking an AI Deployment Strategist to join a global FinTech leader operating in London and Bristol. The role blends consultancy with hands‑on development, helping business units uncover high‑impact AI automation opportunities and delivering end‑to‑end solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with ops, finance, sales and support teams to identify and scope AI automation projects.
• Lead discovery workshops, design AI agents and workflows, and build prototypes yourself.
• Collaborate with the AI Deployment Engineer for infrastructure‑heavy components.
• Own post‑deployment adoption, including training, feedback loops and iterative improvement.
• Create a reusable library of agent components and playbooks.
• Continuously surface new automation ideas across the organisation.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience blending business analysis with hands‑on technical delivery (solutions engineering, technical consulting or similar).
• Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders, up to CEO level, and drive change.
• Strong communication and workshop‑facilitation skills.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment (3 days on‑site).

Required skills

• Python programming.
• LLM agent frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, LlamaIndex.
• Prompt engineering and Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
• Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Copilot.
• No‑code/low‑code tools like Zapier and Make.
