AI Developer for AI‑Powered Neobank

About the role

We are a fast‑moving, well‑funded AI startup building the next generation of neobanking services. As an AI Developer you will shape the core AI‑driven features that help users manage their money more intelligently.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and ship AI‑powered financial insights, automated workflows and agentic tooling.
• Build and integrate LLM pipelines and Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) systems into production.
• Own the AI/ML infrastructure, including model selection, fine‑tuning, evaluation and deployment.
• Collaborate directly with the founding team to translate product ambition into technical architecture.
• Define the technical and cultural approach to AI across the company.

Required profile

• Strong engineering fundamentals with hands‑on production AI experience.
• Comfortable working end‑to‑end with LLMs, agents and ML pipelines.
• Ability to integrate AI solutions across web and mobile surfaces.
• High agency: moves fast with minimal supervision.
• Fintech experience is a plus but not mandatory.
