AI Developer – NebulaONE Platform

About the role

The AI Developer will join the Digital Workplace Team to support the University’s NebulaONE platform – a responsible AI, automation and knowledge‑driven service improvement environment. You will act as the primary point of contact for users, ensuring smooth onboarding, training and ongoing platform administration.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and maintain user access, permissions, groups and platform settings within NebulaONE.
• Onboard new users, departments and projects, providing clear guidance and documentation.
• Deliver training sessions, workshops and demonstrations to promote effective platform use.
• Collaborate with the Agentic AI Engineer to test, roll out, and support new NebulaONE features.
• Monitor platform usage and collect feedback to drive continuous improvement.

• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Experience supporting users in a technology‑focused environment.
• Ability to produce clear documentation and training materials.
