AI Enablement Analyst – Hybrid, London

About the role

We are looking for an AI Enablement Analyst to join a leading global financial services firm in London. Working in a hybrid setting, you will help lay the data, process and standards foundations that enable AI‑native tools and agents to operate effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse existing data, processes and workflows to identify required changes for AI integration.
• Standardise definitions and controls across a rapidly evolving system landscape.
• Support ERP configuration and monitor the set‑up of AI agents.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in a data‑driven or process‑driven role where you have driven change.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and willing to roll up your sleeves.
• Strong team player who collaborates on shared projects.
• Experience with employee or manager self‑service enterprise systems (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow) is a plus.
• Personal interest or exposure to AI concepts is a bonus, not a requirement.
