AI Engineer – Customer‑Facing AI Platform

About the role

TradingHub is seeking a hands‑on AI Engineer to design and deliver a customer‑facing AI compiler that enables natural‑language analytics on financial markets. You will work within the Web team, integrating large language models and AI agents into the company’s trade‑surveillance platform.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end design and implementation of a customer‑facing AI capability.
• Build a multi‑layered AI agent that interprets natural‑language queries and consults documentation.
• Present generated results clearly, including reasoning behind decisions.
• Integrate AWS Bedrock with the web backend to support LLM‑driven workflows.
• Develop frontend components for AI outputs, user prompts, and confirmation flows.
• Collaborate with product and other stakeholders to ensure solutions are robust, explainable, secure and scalable.

Required profile

• Full‑stack software engineering experience with production‑grade systems.
• Proven track record delivering AI‑powered features that solve real customer problems.
• Deep familiarity with LLMs, AI agents and conversational systems.
• Solid theoretical understanding of machine learning, neural networks and transformer architectures.
• Experience with cloud‑based AI platforms such as AWS Bedrock (desirable).
• Experience using AI‑assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot).
