AI Engineer – Python, LLM, GenAI, RAG, AI Agents

About the role

We are seeking an AI Engineer to join a fast‑growing AI company in Europe. The role offers autonomy to design and deliver AI‑native applications from presales through to implementation, working in a hybrid London environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end development of AI‑native applications, including discovery, design and implementation.
• Collaborate with sales and client teams during presales to define technical solutions.
• Integrate large language models (LLM), generative AI, retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG) and AI agents into products.
• Work with multiple cloud providers to deploy and scale solutions.
• Maintain high code quality and contribute to best‑practice engineering standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of solid Python development experience.
• Proven track record building AI‑native applications end‑to‑end.
• Experience working with more than one cloud vendor.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently.
