AI Innovation Manager

About the role

Join an award‑winning creative agency as an AI Innovation Manager and lead the systematic integration of artificial intelligence across all departments. You will turn existing AI experiments into scalable, revenue‑generating solutions that boost efficiency, profitability and competitive advantage.

Key responsibilities

• Audit current AI usage in Creative, Artwork, Strategy, Copy, Motion, Digital Development, Finance and Client Services.
• Identify efficiency, quality and margin improvement opportunities.
• Design and implement structured AI workflows, governance and automation.
• Measure, report and communicate the financial impact of AI initiatives.
• Productise proprietary AI tools or services to create new revenue streams.
• Lead process design, implementation, training and cultural adoption of AI across the agency.

Required profile

• Strong ICT or technical background with hands‑on experience using generative AI tools in commercial settings.
• Proven ability to translate technical capability into measurable business outcomes.
• Systems‑thinking mindset and experience in process design.
• Strong analytical skills with financial literacy.
• Confident communicator able to influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience working in a creative, marketing or digital agency environment.
• Familiarity with automation tools such as API integrations and workflow automation platforms.
• Experience building internal tools or lightweight products and understanding SaaS commercial models.
