AI Marketing Operations Manager

About the role

We are seeking a forward‑thinking AI Marketing Operations Manager to build and support K3’s AI‑powered marketing operations capability. Working closely with the Head of Marketing Operations and growth leadership, you will drive AI and automation strategy across the marketing department, improving efficiency and delivering measurable commercial advantage.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain the customer profile schema, including firmographic, behavioural, financial and intent data.
• Develop and own ICP models, persona frameworks, lead‑scoring and opportunity‑scoring systems.
• Create and manage AI‑driven personalisation programmes, covering dynamic content, journeys, sequencing and next‑best‑action modelling.
• Orchestrate multi‑channel journeys across email, SMS, paid media, website personalisation and sales enablement triggers.
• Define and govern AI tooling, prompt engineering standards and automation workflows.
• Identify high‑impact AI use cases, accelerate pipeline delivery and improve revenue attribution.

Required profile

• Proven experience in marketing operations with a strong analytical mindset.
• Ability to translate data insights into actionable AI‑enabled campaigns.
• Leadership skills to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and influence strategy.
• Track record of delivering scalable automation and personalisation solutions.
