AI Operator

About the role

This hands‑on transformation role is focused on embedding AI directly into operational workflows across multiple business functions in the United Kingdom. You will work inside teams to diagnose current work practices, redesign processes with AI at the core, and ensure the new solutions are adopted in day‑to‑day execution.

Key responsibilities

• Map and analyse existing workflows, identifying inefficiencies, bottlenecks and quality gaps.
• Redesign processes by integrating AI tools, automation platforms and agent‑based systems such as Claude, OpenAI Codex and n8n.
• Build and deploy practical solutions including AI agents, prompt libraries, automation flows and reusable playbooks.
• Coach and train team members to drive real adoption and continuous usage of AI‑enabled ways of working.
• Measure impact using operational metrics like time saved, cycle‑time reduction, cost efficiency and productivity improvements.
• Translate successful workflows into scalable frameworks for other teams and business units.

Required profile

• 4‑5+ years of experience in operations, product, consulting, customer success, project management or similar roles.
• Proven ability to drive behavioural and process change within teams.
• Strong change‑management skills and a proactive, results‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with modern AI tools such as Claude or OpenAI Codex.
• Practical knowledge of automation platforms like n8n or equivalent workflow builders.
• Ability to break down complex workflows into structured, automatable steps.
• Experience designing AI‑enabled systems, prompt libraries and lightweight agents.
