AI Product Lead – London

About the role

Method Resourcing is partnering with a leading UK private bank to create a new AI function. As the AI Product Lead you will bridge business strategy and AI delivery, shaping how AI transforms processes, customer experiences and operating models across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate AI discovery and ideation workshops across the bank.
• Identify, shape and prioritise AI use cases and maintain a central AI opportunity portfolio.
• Develop business cases, value frameworks and translate opportunities into delivery roadmaps with technical teams.
• Drive AI adoption across business functions and track benefits realisation.
• Support AI governance, responsible AI frameworks and stay ahead of emerging AI technologies.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading AI, digital or transformation initiatives in a complex organisation.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI, AI agents and emerging AI technologies.
• Background as a Product Manager, Product Owner, Transformation Lead or consultant focused on AI‑enabled change.
• Ability to engage senior stakeholders, facilitate workshops and build commercial business cases.
• Knowledge of AI governance, risk and regulatory considerations; financial services experience is a plus.
