AI Product Manager – Conversational AI

About the role

This contract position focuses on growing a live, customer‑facing Conversational AI product that is already embedded in a mobile app. You will work closely with product, AI, and community teams to expand adoption, gather user feedback, and enhance the overall experience.

Key responsibilities

• Drive product adoption and community growth for the Conversational AI helpdesk.
• Collect and analyse user feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with product, AI, and customer support teams.
• Define and prioritise product enhancements based on data and stakeholder input.
• Support the live AI product environment, ensuring reliability and performance.

Required profile

• Experience in product management, product operations, or community management.
• Background working with Conversational AI, chatbots, or AI assistants.
• Familiarity with customer‑facing digital products or B2B support tools.
• Strong understanding of user feedback loops and product improvement cycles.
• Ability to work both independently and within cross‑functional teams.

What we offer

• Daily rate of £500‑£550.
• Contract length of 6–12 months, outside IR35.
• Hybrid work model – 2 days per week onsite in London.
