AI Product Manager

About the role

As an AI Product Manager you will lead the development and continuous improvement of internal AI‑enabled tools and services, including Copilot for Microsoft 365. The role focuses on boosting colleague productivity, decision‑making and organisational efficiency through responsible AI use.

Key responsibilities

• Lead adoption and optimisation of internal AI and automation tools, especially Copilot for Microsoft 365.
• Own product direction for AI‑enabled tools that improve internal processes and service quality.
• Use adoption, usage and outcome data to prioritise enhancements and lifecycle decisions.
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to embed Microsoft 365 and automation capabilities into daily workflows.
• Engage with internal users to gather needs, define problems and support adoption via training and enablement materials.
• Translate user needs, policy constraints and organisational goals into clear product outcomes and evidence‑based decisions.
• Ensure AI products are safe, ethical, explainable, compliant and aligned with governance, legal and privacy requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing products or services within the Microsoft ecosystem, particularly Microsoft 365, Copilot or Power Platform.
• Track record of driving adoption of internal workplace technologies or enterprise platforms.
• Experience delivering solutions that improve internal processes, colleague productivity or workflow automation.
• Ability to turn business needs into practical product improvements using Microsoft platform capabilities.
