AI Solutions Consultant

About the role

We are seeking an experienced AI Solutions Consultant to join a leading professional services organisation in London. In this hands‑on role you will work directly with business teams to uncover AI opportunities, design practical solutions and deliver measurable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to identify and prioritise AI and automation opportunities.
• Facilitate discovery workshops and requirements‑gathering sessions.
• Design, develop and deploy AI agents, automation workflows and intelligent business solutions.
• Build solutions using Python, LLM frameworks and AI productivity tools.
• Collaborate with technical teams on infrastructure and deployment activities.
• Lead user‑adoption initiatives, including training and feedback collection.
• Create reusable AI components, frameworks and implementation playbooks.
• Champion new AI‑driven process improvements across the organisation.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience combining stakeholder engagement, business problem‑solving and hands‑on technical delivery.
• Proven ability to translate complex business challenges into scalable AI solutions.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with senior stakeholders.

Required skills

• Python programming.
• Experience with LLM agent frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI or LlamaIndex.
• Prompt engineering and Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques.
• Tool/function calling and LLM integration knowledge.

What we offer

• Salary £90,000 – £125,000 per year, dependent on experience.
