AI Solutions Lead – Insurance (AI & LLM Platforms)

About the role

The AI Solutions Lead will drive the adoption of AI and large language model (LLM) technologies across a modern insurance business. Working in a hybrid setting, you will partner with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams to embed AI‑first thinking into product development and operational processes.

Key responsibilities

• Shape AI strategy within the Development function in collaboration with leadership.
• Conduct hands‑on problem‑solving sessions with teams across the business.
• Develop and implement AI and LLM solutions on Google Cloud Platform.
• Identify opportunities in current development processes where AI can add value.
• Lead prompt engineering initiatives and modern AI‑led system improvements.

Required profile

• Experience in insurance or financial services, not necessarily technical.
• Hands‑on prompt engineering experience.
• Strong exposure to Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or similar cloud environments.
• AI‑first mindset with confidence to propose ideas and improvements.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
