AI Solutions Specialist (Microsoft & Copilot)

About the role

Core is building a dedicated AI capability focused on Microsoft Copilot. The AI Solutions Specialist will lead customer transformation by designing and delivering Microsoft AI solutions that drive real business change. This highly customer‑facing, hybrid role combines pre‑sales consultancy, solution design, AI evangelism and advisory work.

Key responsibilities

• Lead AI discovery workshops, challenge customer thinking and shape business outcomes.
• Build tailored demos, proof‑of‑value engagements and solution concepts.
• Collaborate with Microsoft on roadmap alignment, programmes and go‑to‑market.
• Produce tenders, proposals, statements of work, cost models and licensing guidance.
• Deliver paid consulting engagements including training, advisory and implementation planning.

Required profile

• Recognised thought leader in Microsoft AI technologies, driving pipeline and customer demand through education and evangelism.
• Delivers measurable business outcomes for customers and shapes Core’s AI service offerings.
• Passionate about AI’s real‑world impact, curious, proactive and innovative.
• Confident presenting on stage, on camera and in high‑profile customer settings.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft AI stack: Copilot, Power Platform and Azure AI.
