AI Strategy Manager – Credit Cards

About the role

Join Lloyds Banking Group as an AI Strategy Manager for the Credit Cards division. You will shape how artificial intelligence is applied across the credit‑card lifecycle, turning ideas into practical solutions that improve customer outcomes and drive business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prioritise and maintain a backlog of high‑impact AI use cases.
• Lead rapid test‑and‑learn cycles, building prototypes, validating models and measuring tangible value.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, product, platform and business teams to translate opportunities into clear experiments.
• Guide the scaling of successful AI solutions, ensuring they deliver measurable customer and commercial impact.
• Promote AI literacy across the organisation, bridging technical and business perspectives.
• Identify external partnerships that can accelerate capability and innovation.

Required profile

• Proven experience applying AI/ML techniques to solve business problems.
• Ability to work hands‑on with models, from feature selection to fine‑tuning and validation.
• Strong communication skills to influence stakeholders and build cross‑functional momentum.
• Experience managing small teams or coaching colleagues in AI capabilities.
