AI Technical Lead – Enterprise Generative AI (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking an AI Technical Lead to shape the next generation of enterprise AI platforms, intelligent software and agentic systems. You will work within a fast‑growing global technology organisation, delivering production‑grade Generative AI solutions for world‑leading customers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, development and delivery of enterprise AI products such as AI platforms, agentic AI, voice and conversational assistants, and document intelligence solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering, architecture, product and executive teams to translate complex business challenges into scalable technical solutions.
• Mentor and guide senior engineers, influence technical direction and ensure best‑in‑class engineering practices.
• Drive modernisation of enterprise software and workflow automation through AI‑first approaches.

Required profile

• Proven engineering leader with strong software engineering fundamentals and hands‑on experience delivering enterprise‑scale Generative AI solutions.
• Background in software engineering, machine learning, platform engineering or forward‑deployed engineering.
• Ability to work across multiple locations (Bristol, London, Manchester, Cambridge) in a hybrid model.
