AI Transformation Lead

About the role

As the AI Transformation Lead you will be the engine behind Greenpark’s agency‑wide AI rollout. Working closely with the Operations Director, you will shape the rollout plan, build practical workflows that demonstrate value, and drive adoption across all departments.

Key responsibilities

• Co‑own the AI rollout plan, shape sequencing and priorities, and drive delivery rather than just tracking progress.
• Treat the internal AI capability as a product, own the roadmap of use cases, prioritize by business value, and create feedback loops.
• Build and prototype real agents and workflows using Claude, Make, n8n to solve team problems and create reusable templates.
• Act as the go‑to expert on AI possibilities, spotting untapped use cases and turning them into working solutions.
• Lead enablement through training, playbooks and hands‑on sessions that change how people actually work.

Required profile

• Extensive product and project management experience, preferably in a SaaS environment, with a proven record of delivering large, multi‑stakeholder programmes.
• Demonstrated ability to build agents or workflows in Claude, Make, n8n or similar tools.
• Strong passion for AI with practical knowledge of how agents and LLMs operate in real‑world settings.
• Excellent communicator who can explain AI concepts to non‑technical colleagues and win over skeptics.
