AI Treasury Assistant Manager

About the role

This newly created position sits within an AI‑driven Treasury function of a FTSE 10 company. You will help shape and scale the future capability of the Treasury team, delivering AI‑enabled solutions that improve cash management, risk analysis and decision‑support across a global finance operation.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prioritise treasury problem areas such as cash positioning, FX decisions and limit monitoring, building a pipeline of high‑value AI and automation initiatives.
• Translate business requirements into scalable solutions using Microsoft tools and automation frameworks.
• Design, develop and deploy AI‑driven agents and workflows via Copilot Studio and the Power Platform.
• Create dashboards and reporting capabilities with Power BI and collaborate on complex integrations when needed.
• Enhance cash‑flow forecasting by incorporating machine‑learning models.
• Automate treasury processes including funding requests, loan documentation, KYC and risk analysis.
• Ensure robust testing, validation and continuous improvement aligned with treasury controls and data‑governance standards.
• Maintain clear documentation, auditability and stakeholder communication across Treasury, Finance and IT.

Required profile

• Experience in treasury, finance or related analytical roles, with a strong interest in AI and automation.
• Ability to work independently while influencing senior stakeholders across multiple regions.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable efficiency gains in a complex, regulated environment.
