Air Conditioning Engineer

About the role

Join a family‑run HVAC business based in Basingstoke, supporting commercial clients across Berkshire and north Hampshire. The company is expanding and seeks a skilled Air Conditioning Engineer to deliver service, maintenance and repairs on a variety of commercial cooling systems.

Key responsibilities

• Perform service, maintenance and repairs on commercial air‑conditioning equipment.
• Work on split, multi‑split, VRV and VRF systems, primarily from Mitsubishi, Toshiba and Daikin.
• Serve a range of commercial clients including schools, colleges, theatres and offices within a 20‑mile radius of Basingstoke.

Required profile

• Residence in or near Basingstoke, as the majority of clients are local.
• Proven experience with commercial air‑conditioning units and strong knowledge of VRV/VRF technology.
• F‑gas certification and NVQ Level 2 are essential.
