Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Maintenance Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Maintenance Engineer to join a fast‑growing contractor serving the London and Home Counties area. You will be responsible for servicing, maintaining and repairing a wide range of commercial cooling equipment for hotels, restaurants, care homes and other commercial clients.

Key responsibilities

• Provide service, maintenance and breakdown support for commercial air‑conditioning and refrigeration systems.
• Work on cold rooms, walk‑in fridges and freezers, ice machines, cellar cooling, bottle fridges, split and multi‑split units, and VRV/VRF equipment.
• Cover the London and M25 region, travelling to client sites as required.
• Maintain accurate service records and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience with air‑conditioning systems and, preferably, commercial refrigeration.
• Ability to work across the M25/London area.
• F‑Gas certification is mandatory; IPAF and PASMA certifications are advantageous.

What we offer

• £45,000‑£55,000 basic salary (depending on experience)
