Air Hygiene Supervisor

About the Role

Join a leading technical team as an Air Hygiene Supervisor, where you will play a critical role in ensuring environmental safety and operational excellence. Working under the direct supervision of the Field Manager, you will lead field operators and maintain high standards of hygiene and safety across diverse client sites.

Main Missions

• Lead and supervise field operators, ensuring all work is performed safely in accordance with RAMS.
• Execute technical cleaning of kitchen extraction systems following TR19 standards and ventilation systems.
• Perform technical installations, including access doors (DW144) and fire damper inspections (BS9999).
• Conduct regular physical asset inspections and manage preventive maintenance programs.
• Provide expert recommendations for major repairs or equipment procurement.
• Manage stock levels for personal equipment and chemical supplies.
• Prepare risk assessments before work and deliver accurate, same-day service reports.
• Act as a professional point of contact for clients, explaining methods and results clearly.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in air hygiene or ventilation systems maintenance.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a technical team.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities in the field.
• Ability to read and interpret complex technical manuals.
• Must hold a valid UK driving license.
• Strong commitment to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies.

Required Skills
