Airline Cargo Sales Executive

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Cargo Sales Executive to join Freightserve’s airline GSA team in the Heathrow area. The role focuses on driving cargo sales, building client relationships and expanding market share within the air freight sector.

Key responsibilities

• Meet with potential and existing customers to understand their needs and present suitable products and services.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and increase market share.
• Conduct market research to identify new client opportunities and stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
• Negotiate sales contracts and terms with clients.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management, detailing activities, client feedback and market insights.
• Address client queries and issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Attend industry events, including airline, client or company functions, as required.
• Travel internationally when necessary for meetings or tenders.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience.
• Self‑motivated and target‑driven.
• Full UK driving licence.

• Competitive salary range of £35,000‑£37,000 per year.
