Airworthiness (CAMO) Engineer – Oxfordshire

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Airworthiness (CAMO) Engineer to join a leading aerospace organisation supporting the continuing airworthiness of a modern rotary‑wing fleet. You will work within a professional Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisation, ensuring aircraft remain compliant, safe and available for operation.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and maintain aircraft maintenance programmes.
- Review and assess Airworthiness Directives, Service Bulletins, modifications, repairs and other technical documentation.
- Develop, review and implement aircraft maintenance programmes and configurations.
- Support Airworthiness Reviews and Airworthiness Review Certificate (ARC) extensions.
- Conduct repetitive defect and reliability analysis.
- Review and update aircraft flight manuals and technical logs.
- Plan line and base maintenance activities and prepare maintenance variations.
- Plan material requirements and raise purchase requisitions.
- Update aircraft and engine maintenance records and process component log cards.
- Provide support across the wider CAMO function and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Required profile
- Organised, proactive and passionate about maintaining the highest standards of aircraft airworthiness.
- Strong understanding of Continuing Airworthiness requirements and Part‑CAMO regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail with a methodical approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Flexible and capable of managing competing priorities.
- Strong leadership and problem‑solving abilities.
- Proactive in identifying and resolving potential issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to engage with stakeholders at all levels.

What we offer
- Competitive salary £60,000‑£70,000 per annum.
- Full‑time role – 37.5 hours per week, Monday‑Friday 08:30‑17:00.
