Alliances Manager

About the role

The Alliances Manager will lead the development and management of strategic partnerships with leading AI and high‑performance computing (HPC) providers. Working remotely across Western Europe, you will collaborate with executive stakeholders to create joint value propositions and drive revenue growth for data‑center cooling solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, onboard and manage strategic alliances with AI and HPC vendors such as Dell, HPE, SuperMicro and Nvidia.
• Build and maintain executive and operational relationships with partners across Europe.
• Develop joint go‑to‑market strategies, co‑selling opportunities and integrated solution offerings.
• Co‑organise events, webinars and campaigns to generate leads and raise market awareness.
• Work closely with sales, engineering and project teams to ensure partner solutions are integrated and meet client requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, alliance management or partner sales within the data‑center, AI or HPC space.
• Proven track record of managing strategic alliances with OEMs, AI solution providers or hyperscalers.
• Strong understanding of data‑center cooling, thermal management and high‑density compute environments.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to operate in a fast‑paced, international, cross‑functional environment.

Required skills

• Experience with AI and HPC partner ecosystems.
• Knowledge of data‑center cooling technologies.
