Aluminium Welder – Full‑time – Lancaster

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Aluminium Welder to join a market‑leading manufacturing business in Lancaster. You will work in a busy workshop, taking products from design through to finished goods for clients in aviation, construction, agriculture and other sectors.
Key responsibilities
- Read and interpret design and manufacturing drawings accurately.
- Perform MIG and TIG welding on aluminium and other metals.
- Cut, weld and finish components to required specifications.
- Collaborate with the fabrication team to ensure quality and timely delivery.
Required profile
- Proven background in welding or fabrication.
- Willingness to undertake training and develop new skills.
- Ability to work safely in a workshop environment.
Required skills

- Finishing of welded components
- Reading technical drawings

- Competitive hourly rate £15.50‑£19 (approximately £38k‑£48k OTE).
