Amazon Marketplace Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Amazon Marketplace Coordinator to manage and grow our presence on Amazon. You will work closely with digital marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure product listings are optimized, inventory is stocked, and marketplace activities run smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain Amazon product listings, ensuring accurate titles, descriptions, images, and backend keywords.
• Resolve listing issues, compliance concerns, and account health notifications via Amazon Seller Central.
• Monitor inventory levels, flag potential stockouts, and coordinate restocking with operations.
• Track and analyze performance metrics (traffic, conversions, reviews) to identify improvement opportunities.
• Conduct keyword research and SEO optimizations for better organic discoverability.
• Audit competitor listings and provide benchmarking insights.
• Support A/B testing initiatives to improve conversion rates.
• Collaborate with the digital marketing team on Amazon Advertising (PPC) campaigns.
• Assist in creating and updating A+ Content, Amazon Storefront, and Brand Registry initiatives.
• Work with creative and customer service teams to ensure high‑quality visuals and resolve Amazon‑related inquiries.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in e‑commerce, digital sales, or online marketplace management (Amazon preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Commerce, or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to draw actionable insights.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time‑management skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using Amazon Seller Central.
• Familiarity with Amazon Advertising (PPC) platforms.
