Analyst/Associate – Commercial Real Estate Debt

About the role

PIMCO is seeking a Real Estate Debt Analyst or Associate to join its European Real Estate Debt team in London. The role supports underwriting, analysis, execution and management of commercial real‑estate debt investments across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Review investment opportunities and screen potential real‑estate debt transactions.
• Conduct thorough financial modelling and analysis of prospective debt investments.
• Assist in the execution and ongoing management of debt transactions across senior, mezzanine and development structures.
• Collaborate with a team of roughly ten investment professionals to source and evaluate deals across all major European real‑estate sectors.

Required profile

• Strong interest in commercial real‑estate debt markets.
• Ability to support underwriting, analysis and transaction execution in a fast‑paced environment.
• Team‑oriented mindset and willingness to work collaboratively with senior investment staff.
