About the role
Reed Further Education is partnering with a college in South Cheshire to recruit qualified Animal Management Lecturers and Instructors. The role involves delivering high‑quality teaching to further‑education learners, both in practical labs and classroom settings.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in Animal Management / Animal Care.
- Support learners through practical and theoretical components.
- Develop training materials and lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards.
- Monitor learner progress and provide feedback to promote achievement.
Required profile
- Strong subject knowledge in Animal Management or Animal Care.
- Experience teaching or training in further education (essential).
- Teaching qualification desirable but not mandatory.
- Passion for learner development and safeguarding.
