Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) Caseworker

About the role

Stonewater is looking for an Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) Caseworker to own the full lifecycle of ASB cases, ensuring our customer commitments are met and delivering effective resolutions across the South West region.

Key responsibilities

• Manage ASB cases from initial contact through to resolution, including preparation and presentation of cases in court.
• Collaborate with police, local authorities, mental health services and external mediation/legal partners.
• Conduct site visits and attend court hearings as required.
• Tri­age incoming cases and use data and behavioural insights to propose service improvements.
• Promote digital channels and tools to enhance customer experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing anti‑social behaviour cases.
• Ability to handle sensitive conversations involving hate crime, domestic abuse, trauma or complex financial issues.
• Strong influencing, negotiation and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel across Devon, Somerset, Bristol and surrounding areas.
• Commitment to continuous professional development in ASB and related legal matters.

What we offer

• Permanent full‑time role (37.5 hours per week) with a salary of £35,000 per year.
• Car allowance of £3,715 per year.
