Anti-Social Behaviour Officer

About the role
The Anti‑Social Behaviour Officer will join SNG’s Housing Team in Devon, working to create a safe and inclusive environment for residents. This hybrid position combines office work, remote tasks and field visits to address hate crime, nuisance and anti‑social incidents.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a personal caseload of anti‑social behaviour incidents.
- Collaborate with housing management, police, legal advisors and other external agencies.
- Investigate and resolve complaints related to hate crime, nuisance and challenging behaviour.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers, contractors and partner organisations.
- Contribute to community safety initiatives and support the wider housing team.
Required profile
- Previous experience in anti‑social behaviour, housing management or a comparable customer‑facing role.
- Proven ability to handle challenging behaviour and resolve conflict.
- Strong communication skills and the capacity to work independently.
- Highly organised, self‑motivated and able to manage a full caseload.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a personal vehicle for customer visits.
Required skills
- Proficiency with MS Office applications.
