Anti‑Social Behaviour Case Manager (Remote, 3‑Month Contract)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Anti‑Social Behaviour (ASB) Case Manager to support a busy social housing provider. Working remotely, you will handle a high‑risk caseload, guiding investigations through to legal resolution and occasional travel to Workington.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a complex portfolio of high‑level ASB cases from initial investigation to final resolution.
• Conduct thorough investigations, gathering evidence from residents, partner agencies and internal teams.
• Prepare legal documentation such as injunction applications, witness statements, court bundles and supporting evidence.
• Serve and manage legal notices, including Section 21 notices where appropriate.
• Liaise with solicitors, police, local authorities and external support agencies.
• Attend court hearings and case conferences as required.
• Maintain accurate case records and ensure compliance with organisational policies and legal requirements.

Required profile

• Previous experience managing ASB cases within a social housing environment.
• Strong knowledge of ASB legislation, housing law, injunctions and enforcement processes.
• Proven ability to prepare witness statements and court documents.
• Excellent investigation, communication and report‑writing skills.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to Workington occasionally.
• Basic DBS certificate or willingness to obtain one before starting.

What we offer
