Antitrust and Competition Paralegal

About the role

We are an established regional law firm with a strong presence across London and the South East. We are looking for an Antitrust & Competition Paralegal to join our Commercial and Regulatory team, offering direct client exposure and clear progression pathways.

Key responsibilities

• Support solicitors on antitrust, competition, regulatory and commercial matters.
• Conduct legal research on competition, antitrust, merger control and compliance issues.
• Assist with investigations, disclosure reviews and document management.
• Draft correspondence, legal notes, client reports and supporting documents.
• Review commercial agreements, evidence bundles and regulatory materials.
• Help prepare competition compliance checks, dawn raid preparations and risk reviews.
• Liaise with clients, counsel, regulators and third parties.
• Prepare bundles, manage deadlines and maintain accurate case records.

Required profile

• Law degree, LPC or SQE qualification preferred.
• Previous paralegal experience in antitrust, competition, commercial litigation, regulatory investigations or commercial law is beneficial.
• Strong legal research and drafting abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Genuine interest in antitrust and competition law.
• Commercially aware, proactive and eager to learn.
• Confident communicator with a professional, client‑focused approach.
