Antitrust & Regulatory Litigation Counsel

About the role

Apple is seeking an experienced litigator to join its commercial litigation team in London. You will shape and drive the strategy for antitrust and regulatory matters across multiple jurisdictions, working closely with cross‑functional product and business teams.

Key responsibilities

• Formulate and execute litigation strategy for antitrust and regulatory cases.
• Manage day‑to‑day progress of multi‑jurisdictional matters, including coordination with outside counsel.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and other internal stakeholders to align legal actions with business objectives.
• Monitor and influence trial‑focused activities, ensuring timely and effective case handling.
• Travel as required to support litigation activities and stakeholder meetings.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years of litigation experience in a major law firm or in‑house legal department.
• Qualified solicitor, barrister, or equivalent common‑law qualification (UK or comparable).
• Proven experience handling complex, multi‑jurisdictional proceedings; civil‑law jurisdiction exposure is a plus.
• Fluent written and oral English; additional European language a plus.
• Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and negotiation abilities.
• Self‑starter capable of independent judgment and effective collaboration.

• Expertise in antitrust, competition, and regulatory litigation.
• Experience with privacy, product liability, class actions, and related regulatory matters (preferred).
• Interest and aptitude for technology‑focused legal issues.
